My chosen theme for this week might be a common one. I guess I'll find out as I search other blogs. But it seems fitting to write thirteen things/people I'm thankful for.
#1
I am so thankful for my wonderful husband Josh. He is my best friend and he can always make me laugh. He is an awesome father to our daughters. Everyday I marvel at how lucky I am to have him in my life. :)
#2
I am also thankful for my oldest daughter, Kenzie. She's 2 1/2 and such a little drama queen. But she's amazing! She's constantly telling me that she loves me, her dad and her sister. She's so smart too, everyday she amazes me with what she's picked up. Now if only she would get potty trained. LOL
#3
I'm thankful for my youngest daughter, Josie. She isn't quite 4 months old yet, but in her short life she's forever changed mine. She is a sweet little baby who loves to smile (although she's not in that picture, lol). She keeps me up late, but is a pretty good sleeper once she goes down. I'm thankful for that, Kenzie wasn't so good. She always wants to be part of the action and will let you know if she's not getting the attention she wants.
#4
I'm thankful for my mom (here with Kenzie). She has always been there for me and always will be. I talk to her often and am her biggest cheerleader. And don't mess with my momma or you're messing with me! :) I love you mom! And Kenzie adores her too!
#5

I'm thankful for a dad who is good with my daughters (seen here also with Kenzie). He was here recently for Josie's blessing and spent most of his time playing with Kenzie which she loved. She often asks to speak to "pa pa."
#6
I'm thankful for in-laws who are supportive of us and love us (shown here with Kenzie). They live far away in New Hampshire, but they call all the time to make sure we're doing ok. And my father-in-law is also a huge Red Sox and Patriots fan so he calls Josh to discuss them often. We love them and look forward to their visit next month.

I'm thankful that the Red Sox won the World Series! Go Sox! Hehehe, but seriously. I'm thankful for the Sox. My husband and I bonded over baseball. Our second date was watching game 7 of the 2001 World Series when the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the stupid Yankees! I was a Diamondback fan at the time, but Josh quickly converted me and now I'm as obsessed with the Sox as he's always been. He's New England born and raised, it's in his blood to be a fan. Fortunately I grew up hating the Yankees so I at least understood some of his obsession to begin with.

Right now I'm thankful for a big kitchen so I have lots of room for my Thanksgiving cooking/baking. I'm really nervous about doing the whole meal myself, but fortunately it's just my little family that will be eating it so they'll still love me if it isn't good.
#9
I'm thankful for my health. Sure, I have problems here and there, but for the most part I'm a healthy person.
#10
I'm thankful for my husband's job. He loves it, which keeps him happy. And him working keeps a roof over our heads and food on the table. :)
#11
I'm thankful for the Gospel I know is true from church. This brings me a lot of peace and comfort in my life.
#12
I'm thankful for the money I make blogging. It's helping us get out of debt and it partially paid for Kenzie and Josie's Christmas presents.
#13
I thankful that I get to be a stay-at-home-mom. It's the hardest, but absolute best job I've ever had!

It's lovely to be reading about so much gratitude today. I didn't think to do this for Canadian Thanksgiving but I will make a note of it. I wrote about kids books.

Your FL furiends,
Sweet list that I enjoyed reading. It might be a common theme, but is in no way "common." It reminds me of what I'm thankful for also.
Go sox! It's in the DNA.
You have a great family.
