Yoga for Beginners

I've probably mentioned it about a million times, but I'm struggling to lose this dang baby weight. I thought one thing that might help is yoga. So I just got this yoga dvd. It's especially for beginners like me. I could feel my blood flowing during my first time using it. The instructions were easy to understand and I felt really relaxed at the end. There are six different yoga routines to choose from, the shortest being just over half an hour and the longest just over an hour. I really enjoyed trying them out and hope I can use them at least a couple times a week. This really was a great yoga dvd and I would recommend it for anyone who has been interested in yoga but didn't know where to start.
