Fancy Fortune Cookies *giveaway*

I've always liked opening the fortune cookies at the end of a Chinese meal. However, I've never liked actually eating the cookies. I think they're pretty bland and icky. But when the makers of Giant Fortune Cookies and Fancy Fortune Cookies contacted me about trying their unique version of the traditional fortune cookie I couldn't resist. They are so colorful and come in so many delicious tasting flavors like Cherry Bliss and Cool Cappuccino.

So what did I think once my samples arrived? Well, they're as pretty in person as they are online. The colors are very vibrant. The taste? Well, I didn't try them all, but I loved, loved, loved the Toasted Coconut flavor. It was awesome! The Minty Mint was rather tasty too. The "Oh, Wow!" Orange was zesty and the perfect after dinner treat on a hot summery night.

I was curious though, who came up with these colorful creations? So I read a little about it and it turns out a former clown from Indiana named Mike Fry started making these. He got the idea in 1987 and after a lot of hard work and failed attempts he came up with his first successful flavored fortune cookies and it's taken off from there. Now you can customize not only which flavors you want but you can decide what you want on the fortunes inside from personalized messages to company logos. The options are limited only by your imagination and the size of the message.
