Special K Protein Shakes *giveaway*

Recently I found out about a coupon for Special K Protein Shakes and I told you about it. Well, the folks over at Special K saw my post and decided to offer 3 of my readers a couple shakes to try out for themselves. They also sent a shake to me to try. So...what did I think???

I liked it, I thought it was a great on-the-go breakfast. So many days I'm not really going anywhere, but the kids keep me so busy that I just don't have time to grab anything for myself. This shake is a great breakfast alternative because of it's 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of dietary fiber. You feel full and can keep on going until lunch time. It doesn't hurt that it contains 100 percent DV of vitamins C & E and 35 percent DV of vitamins A, D, calcium and B12. Plus, while trying to lose weight it's great to be able to drink something that tastes like chocolate milk for breakfast...you know, without the guilt that comes with drinking, smooth, creamy chocolate milk. And these shakes are smooth and creamy just like the tastiest chocolate milks out there.

The Milk Chocolate flavor I tried contains only 190 calories in the whole 10 oz bottle. The other two flavors (French Vanilla & Strawberry) contain only 180 each.
