The hidden green marker

Yesterday was quite a day. We had the case of the yellow crayon of destruction. I'll be telling you more about that later...when the situation is resolved. But today it's the case of the hidden green marker.

You see that little sweetheart there? You see that hand? The destruction didn't end there...but that's where I first discovered it. Apparently the girls woke up a looooooong time before me and didn't make any noise.

Why didn't they make any noise?

Because they were busy decorating the walls with green marker, with "improving" the princess sheets to include green squiggles and scribbles and, of course, making the little one's hand a piece of artwork all it's own.

The walls have now been stripped of their new artwork. Thank you Mr. Clean and you're amazing Magic Eraser!!! I love that thing! The sheets, well, they might forever be sporting their new designs...but I'm still dealing with the aforementioned yellow crayon which has the washer out of commission at the moment. The hand is still pretty darn green. Regular soap just isn't getting it out. I'm just grateful she stayed away from her face.

Now off to find where she's hidden that marker...

OMGosh...the thought of marker on the carpet just gave me a heart attack. That had never occurred to me. We're getting new carpet within a month...MUST remember crayola.com...I'd die if they ruined the carpet.

Oh I feel you. My girl is one of destruction. We just had the maker monster here too, all over the fridge , down the whole hallway, all over the her bed and the bedroom. I was lucky that it was one of those back felts that come with the eraser boards. I have no idea how to get the crayon issue fixed. I know it has happened to me to, but i don't remember how i got it out!

Hope your day gets better

I always say, quiet is dangerous! I love the Magic Eraser too, it's my favorite cleaning tool. Too bad we can't use it on our kids! LOL

Stop by when you have time, I've given you an award. :-D
