So, when I mentioned that we hadn't had plumbing issues in almost a week I guess I spoke too soon. The plumber came today because the wax ring was oozing out from our toilet...ICK! Turns out something isn't flush with the floor and needs to be cut and we're missing a flange (?) and some screws. Geez...none of it made sense and of course my husband is at work. But he said it was his fault, he should've caught it before (he had a guy come do the snaking and so that guy had put the toilet on). So when he comes tomorrow with the parts he isn't going to charge us for labor. So I guess that's something.
I'm going completely batty though. All these plumbing issues! In all the years I was a renter I didn't have issues like this and then I could've called a landlord to pay for the repairs. Someone send me on orlando vacations, I need a break from all of this! Lol!
Off to do laundry...at least the washer isn't oozing wax...now that would be nasty!

Sometimes renting just seems easier, doesn't it? I hope this is the last of your worries for a looooong while!
Wow- I can't believe you are having to deal with all of this! I'm so happy he's not charging you for labor. I hope this is the end of your plumbing problems.
Hope you get it all taken care of. I just wrote a post about how I had it soooo good when we lived in a condo and all I wanted was to buy a "real" house when I lived there. Well real houses come with work, right?! Doesn't ever seem to end...
