If you read my blog often then you know I've been a little bit..err, a LOT stressed lately. With all the plumbing issues and sickness it's been rough! What I didn't mention is that my husband was out of town for most of it. Yeah...that didn't make things better! Now he's back but while he was gone I was so stressed that I broke down and bought some "Halloween" candy...needless to say the candy didn't make it to Halloween. Now I'm feeling like I should find a diet pill to help undo the damage. Or, you know, maybe I should get off my stressed out rear and jump on the treadmill.

I like to eat when I am stressed but I feel guilty as hell the next day. So I know exactly how you feel.
Uh, when I am stressed, not stressed, tired, happy, sad. there is always a reason to eat candy.
Lol...that's true. But it's easier to resist when I'm not stressed. But really, when haven't I been stressed lately? Lol!
Oh yeah, I am a total emotional eater! Ugh! In HS my friends and I would always head to the local Thrifty (when they still had those) and buy triple scoops of ice cream (for less than a buck fifty) whenever something traumatic happened (which was at least once a week back then)!
