As I'm sure you all know, Hallmark is more than just fantastic greeting cards, heartwarming movies and commercials that bring tears to your eyes. And they've outdone themselves yet again with some of their newest products. First off is their new digital scrapbooks. These come in the form of a USB drive that you upload your own pictures onto. You simply insert the USB drive into your computer, download the program and get started. You can turn your pictures into cute scrapbook pages with the applications the program contains. Then you can play them on your digital picture frame or print them out to put into a scrapbook or share on your website or even burn it all onto a dvd to share with family and friends. These nifty digital scrapbooks are available in the Friend version I received as well as Holiday, Family, Baby and Love versions. Check your nearest Hallmark stores to find these fun digital scrapbooks.
The next new Hallmark item I have the pleasure of sharing with you is their Family Tree write on ornament. I love Christmas ornaments, I think it comes from being the daughter of a Christmas nut. I kid you not, my mom had a dozen plus trees that she put up every year for many, many years. And, of course, many of those trees contained some of the absolutely fabulous ornaments Hallmark has produced over the years. And now it's my turn to collect them so my children have happy holiday memories. This Family Tree ornament is the perfect 2009 addition to any family's collection. It comes with stickers you can customize with your family members' names (if you have a big family you might need more than one ornament...fun for you!) or you can use their holiday decoration stickers to adorn the adorable penguins' sweaters. These cute ornaments retail for $12.50 USD and can be found at Hallmark stores.
This item pictured to the left is one of Hallmark's new DVD Greetings. With these unique cards you can download the Smilebox software and add your own pictures and greetings to the animation. They you burn your special greeting onto the included dvd and send your card off to your friend or family to enjoy. It's a fun way to share your holiday greetings with those you care about. They retail for $9.99 USD each or $19.99 USD for a boxed set of four cards. The final items I received were a couple of recordable holiday greeting cards. I've used cards similar to these before and my loved ones have really gotten a kick out of them. We usually have our daughters record a message for their grandparents who all live in other states. It's been a fun way to send greetings that both my girls and our parents enjoy.
Hallmark doesn't just have cards where you can record your greetings, they also have cards like these that include music and their always popular cards with sounds like the lovable Hoops and Yoyo and other familiar voices.
No matter how you choose to share your holiday greetings this year, Hallmark is sure to have something that will make both you and your loved ones smile.
