So, I just finished watching The Biggest Loser. I'm a total Biggest Loser addict, I've been looking forward to this since about 2 seconds before the last season ended. All day I was almost giddy with excitement about it being on tonight...finally!
I seriously was all teary eyed from like the second it started. I'm not kidding. My heart was freaking going out to those people. Having to weigh-in in front of pretty much everyone you know...T-E-R-R-I-F-Y-I-N-G!!! Anyway, my point: I'm such a girl! Who starts getting all teary that soon in the show?!?!?!
Oh...and their little twist after the first challenge. SO. NOT. COOL.
Now I do have a bit of a bone to pick with some of this season's choices...some of them are not that big! Of the three I'm thinking of, two of them look bigger than their weights, so I guess I can understand. But one contestant stands out in my mind as being way, way, way too "small" to be on The Biggest Loser. No doubt she has some pounds to shed, so do I, so do many people. But she isn't scary big like most of the contestants. How did they choose her? I'm wondering if she has an underlying health condition that the show knows about that I don't, because seriously...why is she there???
Also, um...that was the most anti-climatic vote off ever! I wouldn't have had a clue who to choose...their stats were almost identical, they lost the same amount of weight and both of them are nice! I was like, geez...do either of them really have to go? I don't hate either of them. Neither of them sucked it up this week.
Anyway, now I'm dying for next Tuesday...

Hello, I found your site through Entrecard. I appreciate all the drops. ;o)I also find myself getting emotional for some of the contestants on The Biggest Looser. They really do change lives by giving people back their lives. Hello also to your husband. Thank him for his service as a law enforcement officer and to a wife that is supportive of his career. ;o)
My mom taped it so we can all watch it together this weekend. She has never watched it b/4, while my oldest son, my daughter and I have watched a few seasons. After reading your post I can't wait to see it. Sounds like a big "not fair" that there is a thinner one in the bunch. I felt that way about the blonde last season - she really didn't have a lot to lose - the one the "audience chose"... forgot her name. Anyway, can't wait till this weekend to watch!
