Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars *giveaway*

I've mentioned it before, but I'm a snacker. This can be a dangerous thing at times, but fortunately there are a lot of options out there that won't do as much damage to my waistline as others. One snack option I was given the chance to try recently was the new Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars in the chocolate flavor. When I was asked if I wanted to try them I was pretty excited, my family is already a fan of other Fiber One products so I was sure I was going to like these as well. And I was right!

I loved the chewy texture and the chocolaty flavor. My husband loved them too. They hadn't been in our house for five minutes before he tore into the box excited to try them. Our two daughters love them too and even after having their own they kept asking for bites of mine. Silly girls!

I don't do well with weight management. I am currently trying to drastically cut my soda drinking and substituting water..I have managed to drop 10 pounds this way.

I did Weight Watchers to loose my weight and I learned to pay attention. Seriously. That, to me, is the key! Knowing what you are taking in makes all the difference in the world!

I have to make exercise a daily regular, like brushing my teeth and eating lunch! Fitting exercise into my normal schedule makes it so much easier!

To help eat healthy foods, I always check the labels to see that they are low in fats, especially trans fats and saturated fats.

I'm trying to do better with my weight managment, I got thelapband done a year ago, but it still requires me to be smart about what I eat. I try to put as many veggies in my diet as I can and eat whole wheat.

Am I allowed to comment as a guy? I took on Weight Watchers 2 months ago and have dropped 20 lbs already. These bars are soooo good. I actually have one in my desk drawer right now waiting for me!

Fiber is definitely a huge key to the whole WW method but by main problem was always portion control. Definitely the best tip, buy a food scale and weigh out your portions!

I try to keep a good supply of healthy snacks. Some of the chew bars from other companies which I won't nam. If I don't have appropriate low calorie healthy good tasting snacks, I will more than likely eat something not on our diet.

I didn't know FiberOne had 90 calorie bars so we will be trying some soon.

I make a conscious effort to drink more water & have replaced sodas, chips & cookies for snacks with nuts (walnuts, almonds), yogurt, fruits, raw carrots. Also, I take the stairs if it's just a couple of flights at school and walk every weekend for about a 1-2 miles.
