On a recent visit my mom went shoe shopping. She came out of the store so excited about the above pair of shoes. She bought them for me. She thought they'd go great with all my Red Sox clothing. I, on the other hand, think they are hideous and would NEVER wear them...well, unless I had no other shoes. Even ugly shoes are better than no shoes. She wore them the next day and they somehow didn't stay at our house when she left. ;)

And yes...I blocked out the brand label...I have nothing against them...I just think these shoes are ugly!

well, I just have to agree with you! I'd be thankful that your mom saw fit to take them with her! :-D
I had to wear shoes like that last year when I had my finger nearly amputated and couldn't tie shoes for months. I even had to buy them.. not fun.
I'm so sorry Linda, I hope you're finger is doing better now!
I love them honestly...love slip ons..
I feel your pain! My parents love to buy things for my sibling and me. Never fails, it's always something hideous! But they love to do it. While I always want to tell them to save their money or take it back I can't. It makes them so happy to give it, so I just accept it and tell them I love it. And I'm not lying because what I really love is the love it represents.
OK, that got a little sappy. The shoes... umm... no. Glad they found a way to run away from home!
Smiles!
Happy WW!
If you have time please stop by my site too! I've got my WW post up too! And I also have a great give away going right now for Boogie Wipes! Greatest invention since sliced bread!
LOL! I would have been forced to alter them into something cute! HA!
haha, my mom has bought me ugly shoes, but I have never been lucky enough for her to actually keep them, lol
LOL My mom knows not to buy me clothes after we had a disagreement on some pants she got me...
At least your mom took them back..
Glad to hear someone is getting use out of them. I don't think I'd wear shoes like that either.
Well, I guess if she likes them then they were a good buy for her. It was nice in theory and all are happy, right? :)
LOL! It was sweet of your mom though! :P
