I am NOT a country girl, not even at heart. Living in small towns the last few years has taken quite a bit of adjustment for me. But my girls have no fear when it comes to embracing small town lifestyle, it's pretty much all they've ever known. While we were in Utah we visited the home of my dad's girlfriend. She is totally an outdoors person, she has a lot of land and that includes land with animals. She has horses, a llama, a ferret, a cat, a dog, chickens and I even saw a couple bunnies hopping around. My girls were super excited to take a ride on one of the horses. They both did really well and had a lot of fun. My oldest, while excited, was super serious about the whole thing. My youngest was laughing and having a great time. I'm so glad they had a chance to do something that's outside of the box that is my world.

Isn't it nice to be able to give your children something you never had. They looked like they really enjoyed themselves.

ouch! what a brave cute little girl...never tried to ride a horse because i m scared ha ha...
Look at her go! I have brave little ones too, so much so they stop my heart sometimes I tell you!
