I almost forgot...

Yesterday my blogging career almost came to an abrupt halt. I was up in the kitchen with my 3 year old, making rolls for a church activity. Usually when I'm getting stuff done like that I'll stick my 5 year old on the computer on Paint or Starfall or something so my 3 year old doesn't get it, but she's in school during the days now (most days anyway) so I couldn't do that. I made a snack for the little one and got to work. Well...she wandered off and before I could even chase her down she's pushed the laptop off it's stand and onto the floor in a big loud crash.

Panic mode set in as I frantically scrambled to get it back on it's stand and turned back on. Fortunately it still works. But I had images of myself borrowing friends' computers as I desperately searched online for the Best Buy on a new computer. No matter what deal I would've found though it would've been too much for our budget right now.

Blogging would be on hold, Skype calls to grandparents would be on hiatus, Facebook and Twitter would just be memories. Argh...I was so frustrated. And now I'm just nervous. Our last laptop died earlier this year because my daughters had knocked it down one too many times and it was all jumbled up and didn't even recognize it's own hard drive. Please oh please don't let that happen again!
