Kroger Add Up The Savings *Giveaway*

Everyone has to go grocery shopping, well, most everyone does anyway. And who doesn't like to save money when they go shopping? I love it and have been looking for ways to save as much as possible. So when MyBlogSpark offered me the chance to take a gift card into a Kroger grocery store and save $4 just by buying certain products I was pretty darn happy. You can see in that picture to the right what products I choose. But how did those save me $4? I'll tell you...

Starting a few days ago on August 8th and running until August 21st you can go into participating Kroger stores (which includes Kroger, Ralph’s, King Soopers, City Market, Dillons, Smith’s, Fry’s, QFC, Baker’s, Owen’s, Jay C Food Stores, Hilander, Gerbes, Food4Less, Pay Less Super Markets and Scott’s Food & Pharmacy) and choose 8 participating General Mills & Kimberly Clark products and automatically save $4 at the register. It's all part of their "Add up the Savings!" event. While shopping you just look for the "Add up the Savings" logo (pictured) and once you have 8 of those items you're all set to save! Easy, painless! Some of the great participating brands include: Cheerios, Yoplait Yogurt, Pillsbury Cookies & Biscuits, Kleenex, Huggies, Betty Crocker Brownies, Cottonelle, and Lucky Charms...as well as many more as witnessed by the products we chose.

In addition to saving you can also earn Box Tops for your child's school! Just register at www.rewardyourschool.com and you'll be on your way to earning 10 to 25 bonus Box Tops. You just select your offers, load them onto your shopper card and once you make your purchases the Box Tops are on their way to the school of your choice. See the website for full details.
