A little over a month ago I told you all about a contest with Smucker's Snack'n Waffles. The contest is over and now it's time to wait to see who the winner is. But I finally got my chance to try these Snack'n Waffles. I say finally because these are HARD to find if you live in a semi-rural area like I do. Even the store half an hour from me that was supposed to have them, didn't have them. But last night I was up in Denver and stopped in at a Super Target and there they were, in two of the four flavors. I picked up a package of chocolate chip Snack'n Waffles and was on my way.
This morning we popped them in the mircrowave and gave them a taste. They're pretty good little waffles. They're small, but flavorful. I can see how they would be handy if you were in a hurry and didn't have much time to eat. You know, like on those days you sleep in and are rushing to get your kids ready and on the bus. As a bonus, each serving of Smucker's Snack'n Waffles contains one serving of whole grains. These Snack'n Waffles are available in four flavors, blueberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon and maple. They carry a suggested retail price of $2.99 for a four pack and are available at select Target and grocery stores nationwide.
