I recently had the opportunity to try a line of products grown and produced right here in Colorado. Wacky Apple products are organic, with no artificial colors, flavors, sugar, preservatives or anything bad. Just fresh organic apples and other good products. Wacky Apple products are naturally higher in fiber and vitamin C because they include the peel in their products, which is typically removed in non-organic apple products. The apples used in these tasty Wacky Apple products are naturally sweeter because of being grown in Hotchkiss, Colorado where the days are hot and the nights are cool...this combination is what makes them so sweet!
Wacky Apple products include fruit juices, flavored applesauces, super-sweet kid-sized apples and "Flat Fruit" snacks (a pocket-ready alternative to a typical fruit roll-up). I really liked these products. Their Flat Fruit is fun and their applesauces are tasty! I put the Flat Fruit in my purse for snacking on-the-go this holiday season. They really helped curb hunger. I think these would be a great addition to a child's lunch or snack time, healthy fruit in flavors kids enjoy...perfect!
