Do you like to cook and/or bake? If you do, I'm pretty sure you have some McCormick products in your cupboards. I know I do, always have in fact. But did you know that they have an online Look Book where you can browse delicious looking and sounding recipes, complete with pictures? Looking through this virtual book can be addicting. I love reading recipes and trying to figure out if I could make them. When I was looking through I had something to keep in mind, I needed to utilize certain items I'd received from McCormick and Mom Central. Two of those items were McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract and McCormick® Cinnamon. So when I saw the recipe for Double Cinnamon Sugar Cookies I knew it was the recipe for me.
These cookies were simple to make, although waiting the two hours for the dough to chill was a little difficult, we wanted to pop those right in the oven and gobble them up! Haha! I was a little disappointed that mine didn't look as good as the ones in the McCormick Look Book picture, but they did taste super yummy! Even my husband who isn't usually a sugar cookie fan really liked them. I'm wondering if my problem might be high elevation. I live at nearly 6000 feet above sea level. I wish there had been some high altitude instructions included. But other than looking less awesome than I expected, I'd say these were a success.Do you want to try them yourself? Either click the link a couple paragraphs above or check it out here:
